L6206 initial state (IHM04A1 board)

Hi everyone. I'm working ​on to drive 3 wheel omniwheel system for our project. I'm using parallel connection to have larger current. I realize that when i connect all the input and enable pins to ground (logic 0), all the leds connected to the outputs of the H bridge are slightly ON. My question is why does all outputs start as HIGH state during when all inputs are in LOW state. I only supply 12 volts to the power input.

When the EN is low the power outputs are floating. I suppose there is nome leakage strong enough to slightly turning on the LEDs.

Thanks for your answer Mr. Poli . It is probably leakage current because they are not seen as fully ON state.
