is this item have UL certificate for the STW4N150? our customer is request on UL on this component, is there anyone have the support documents? Thanks.

    There are UL certificates only for safety-relevant features. Non-insulated transistors such as the STW4N150 have electrically accessible metal parts, which is why no UL certification is granted for them.
