Is there are thermal simulation for VNH3SP30 available in TwisterSIM, or a guideline or whitepaper how to fit a heatsink for the device?

Unfortunately there is no TwisterSIM model for  VNH3SP30 since this is an old Part number. For new Projects we suggest the VNH7040AY as replacement. TwiterSIM model for VNH7040AY is already available.
