is the A6985F SYNCH/ISKIP pin connected to a pull-up or pull-down?

Hi, the datasheet pag. 29 says:

When the A6985F is configured in the low consumption mode, the SYNCH/ISKIP pin operates as a logic gate input pin with an internal pull-down (4.5 μA typ) guaranteeing the ISKIPH operation when leaving the pin floating.

but I have left this pin floating and I get 3V, could you confirm that there is an internal pull down?
