Is it possible to force STUSB4500 to operate at 15V without any programming and NVM writing?

Is it possible to force STUSB4500 to operate at 15V using only hardware solution and don't require any NVM programming?

This is not possible.

The STUSB4500 is pre-programmed in factory to accept 3 possible power profiles by default: 5V, 15V, 20V. (refer to datasheet)

If you want a different configuration, then it is mandatory to reprogram the NVM memory once.
