If a thyristor (scr) has a dv/dt of 1000V/us, does two same scrs connected in series, have as as a combined switch, a dv/dt of 2000V/us ?

If you make sure that dU/dT is shared equally to both elements, the limit is kept. But it will probably be hard to make that sure.
