Identification of components that are presumibly engineering samples - High side switches

Good morning,

I'm working on some new automotive designs and on the current boards i found what are , presumibly, STM components but i can't really identify them with the offerings in the online catalogs, (at least IF they are STM engineering samples)

The body is specifically PowerSSO-16 but the marking of the components i found for now present similar but very different top markings

2HTS90 D1B

1HTS20 D1

1HTS10 200U

2HTS30 D1B

1HTS50 D1

(these 5 are the ones i classified so far)

Can i have some help in documenting them, if they indeed are VND products

Bellow a picture of one of the components, there are all the same except the top markings (no logos or such)

To add:
the component dimensions are specifically 5x3,8mm (5x6mm with the leads)
1/2 seems to identify if they are single or double channel (from the board i can confirm that it seems to be true)
HTS means presumibly High side Trench Switch
And the numeric value is the mΩ value

The second line i have...zero idea, the fact that it varies so much leave me clueless

Welcome @AmorarStem, to the community!

Neither the font matches devices from STMicroelectronics, nor have I ever come across even one of the designations. I assume they are devices from another manufacturer.

By the way: you asked the same question in personal online support with the ticket number 00264972, which should be avoided if possible. As with all forums: duplicate noise does not necessarily improve the result.

Good luck!

the current boards

What boards? Where did they come from?

Your own design? Commercial 3rd-party ?

i found what are, presumably, STM components

What makes you think that?

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
