I wanted to know whether we need any signal conditioning circuit between the sensor LM35DZ and STM32F103C8T6 or not. If yes, then I wanted to know the exact circuit using voltage and the values of resistors used in it.

1. Your section heading is wrong, should be "Analog to Digital conversion"
2. The LM device can supply 1mA hence do not think any additional signal conditioning would be required. However if paranoid, a parallel 10 nF capacitor might not go amiss, temperature will not be changing much over a period of 10ms​ ! Maybe with serial R to limit high frequency as part of RC network.
3. Note other devices which offer a temp sensor with I2C interface.​
