I want to know about error while loading program in STWBC-EP digital controller.

I have STEVAL-ISB044V1 board. I replaced new stwbc-ep digital controller. But board can't start to work. So i try to load program using command prompt and serial connection, but synchronization error is coming.

What is solution of it ?
