I recently bought STM32 NUCLEO -F207ZG and I want to use it instead of the Arduino for the construction of a smart robot car which includes boost converter (3.5 to 5 V),ultrasonic sensor and H Bridge L298N. How can I connect them ?

Should I use the dc dc boost converter or it is not obligatory and if yes how?
