I just purchased a STEVAL-PC009V2, but the STSpin software says my firmware is out of date. Now, the IBUUI updater tool gets stuck on switch to DFU mode.

From the UM1612 User manual, it says the IBUUI updater tool only works with Windows XP.

This is 19 years old? In 19 years, no one has updated the IBUUI updater tool?

How do I get the latest firmware on this evalulation board?

At the very least, put the latest firmware onto the evaluation board before you sell it.

I encountered the same behaviour...

Uninstalled and installed again (with the STEVAL board unplugged) the SPIN Evaluation Tool

(on Win10 Pro ver1909) did not resolve the problem.
