I have check in datasheet for PN#STD13N60DM2. But it did not have say the top marking information. Could you please help to provide the marking information for PN#STD13N60DM2?

This is not technically relevant information, which is why it is not included in the datasheet. However, you will also find the date code on the packaging (tape, etc.), on the bottom right of the case it is indicated as YWW.

Do you mean the small plastic protrusions?

I have not noticed it yet, but it has no influence on the function of the MOSFET. The marking looks good, hope the markings on the tape do too.
