Question
I have a custom PCB with a STM32L476RG MCU and I would like to use it to communicate with the EVALSTPM32 power meter. But how do I connect the two together?
As shown in my picture, I have connected both 3.3v to both the board and the uart pins and veried that it is providing 3.3v. Is this the correct connection? Should I be expecting something from the uart pins? I haven't done any configurations yet.
