I created the circuit as per simulation in eDesignSuite but unable to get the desired result as its described in the circuit that Iout will be 3A but i am unable to withdraw even 200mA. kinldy help?

is the chip getting hot ? then it would be shutting down

did you use the correct inductor? you would need one that has a working current of 3-5Amps so it does not self heat.

does the input power supply droop ? did you check that on a scope ?
