I could not operate the potentiometer on the card.(SPIN3201)

Hello , I'm using spin3201 motor control card. I downloaded example code in ST websites. Then i have uploaded the code as described. But i could not work potentiometer on card what i did. I read every user manuals in the websites. But i still could not run .
