I am using 6 stgap1as driver chips in an AC motor inverter project. The design is based on the STGAP1AS eval board.

Several times during low voltage testing driving IGBT modules 1 to 3 of the drivers report REGERRR and REGERRL errors in status 2 and 3 registers. These errors are permanent and the chips need to be removed and replaced. I have no idea what is causing the issue.. Anyone have a thought as too how to proceed or instrument for further testing? I can provide schematic or other info on request.
