How to get the energy value from STPM32

Hello,

I am using STPM32 as my power sensing IC. In this I am accessing the register 54 to get the energy value. when I access the register 54 it gives me a hex value of 0x52F8FFFF. I dont know how to interpellate this to get the energy value.

Please help me in finding this energy value

Here I have attached the file in this mentioned how i send to access this register 54. Please correct me if i am sending it wrong. I am using UART communication
