How to derive the Equation 45 in AN2450

I don't know if this is the correct place to ask this question.

In 'AN2450 LLC resonant half-bridge converter design guideline', it gives many equations. But I can't figure out how to get the Equation 45, particularly the section after ">=".

Anyone can help me? Thanks.
