How long will STTH810D diode last at Tj = 126degC?
We are using the STTH810D in our new 60W offline Flyback LED driver. It is dissipating 4W. We measured its metal tab as operating at 115degC. Therefore its junction is operating at 126degC.
This product is supposed to operate for 8 hours per night , every day of the year.
For how many years do you think this diode will last?
