No, there are currently no plans to carry out UL certification for the STMPS2252 as well.
With a corresponding project size, this can be taken into account, please contact your preferred distributor.

Well, it has to be taken into account that such certification cannot be obtained free of charge from UL. For this reason, it is recommended that you explain the need for such certification in a direct discussion with us or through your distributor.

We need this chip as a replacement for the TI variant TPS2052BDGN. This component is UL-recognized and we use the component in our devices, which themselves have UL approval. If components have to be replaced in such devices, a declaration to UL regarding a change is easier if this replacement is already listed with UL. If that is not possible, then we have to find another replacement.
