Flyback Converter L6562A output wattage changed wit varying input voltage

Working on L6562A DIP-8 and it is working good on 230Vac input voltage. but when Input voltage vary up and down, output wattage does not stable and change slightly.

Reference design is taken from AN2838 as it is.
