EVSPIN32F0602S1 mosfet temperature issue

I've used Nucleo-F303RE + STEVAL-IPM05F to profile my 8pole 3ph brushless motor. Then, I've used motor control workbench to setup EVSPIN32F0602S1 with my motor. The motor work very fine, but at maximum speed of 1300rpm (0.7A on each motor phase) mosfet temperature is above 90°C. Is it normal?
