EVALPWD5F60 data brief pdf says that the max supply voltage range of VS is 400V : is there a min VS value as well?

when:

VDD=SD=IN=PWM=12V

Voltage between OUT1 and OUT2 is +40mV

Direction of OUT1-OUT2 voltage flips depending on DIR

This happens when driver supply voltage (VS) is disconnected or VS = 12V , 24V, 48V .

I'm guessing that the output driver of PWD5F60 is similar to N-channel 600 V, 1.38 Ohm typ., 3.5 A MDmesh DM2 Power MOSFET in STD5N60DM2. So Vs=48V should be sufficient for saturation.

I have a couple of EVALPWD5F60 parts with same response.
