"Error in initializing ST-link device, Please check power and cabling to target".I'm using steval-spin3202 board

Hi, I am using Steval-Spin3202 board with atollic ide version9. After successfully compiling my project, when i tried to download and debug it shows the error "Error in initializing ST-link device, Please check power and cabling to target".

I have checked all the power connections and still this error wont go.Please help.
