Disable Vbus in both source/sink role during operation

I am looking the way to disable charge and enable charge for external device wihin STUSB1602. I guest the register TYPE_C_CTRL 0x11 may help but don't know how to the way to do.

Does someone try that? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for reply. Let's me explain a bit:

I have STUSB1602 connecting to CPU via I2C bus, use to charge external type-C device. My expectation is: I can stop charging if the system has some problem like over temperature, low power, ... And it can start charging again if system is good. I read the device document but didn't see the way to do. Please help.
