Did the TRIAC Z0MF713 was discontinued? If so, wha'ts it's substitute?

I've plugged a dremel on 220V and the TRIAC on it blew up, the code is:

Z0MF713

I'm having trouble finding it to fix my equipment, any clues?

Z0M is the marking of the Z0110MN 5AA4.

It is not discontinued but we have changed the wafer diameter in 2017.

You should contact your distributor to get the PCN and order Z0110MN 5AA4 with Finished Good Z0110MN5AA4\B.

All in production and available.
