Cut-off voltage and source current of STNS01

I am working with the STNS01 for a new design and wanted to know the following. My use case is the LDO will power a microcontroller while the SYS will power a small vibration motor.

1) Cut-off voltage for the LDO. ie At what battery voltage will the LDO stop working. Will it stop working when battery voltage drops below 3.1V?

2) How much current can be sourced from LDO and SYS independently at the same time? Say the circuit is sourcing 60mA from LDO then how much can be safely sourced from SYS?

3) The CEN pin is pulled up to LDO internally, so if LDO is disabled due to low battery voltage, how will the charging start?
