Could I connect a STSPIN230 as the power stage to drive a motor after a STSPIN32F0B? I use STSPIN32F0B to drive a small BLDC motor. Could I directly connect a STSPIN230 as the power stage to drive a motor?

The logic input pins of STPIN230 have a voltage range from 0 to 5 V.

The gate driver output supply voltage of STSPIN32F0B depends on the VREG12 voltage value.

If you use the internal linear voltage regulator and VM is higher than 13 V the typical value is 12 V.

When the VM voltage is below to 12 V, the VM pin and the linear regulator output can be shorted together providing the gate driver supply externally.

In any case the minimum supply voltage is limited by VM UVLO turn-on threshold (max 6.7 V).

So you cannot connect the STSPIN32F0B gate drivers output directly to STSPIN230 logic inputs.
