Class 1 Accuracy meter ic

I am Anees PK form Riodlogic ,India-Kerala.

We have planned to use STPM34 for Energy meter IC to measure the Energy consumption for EV charging stations for the Billing application. 

So please confirm this IC can provide 1% accuracy on Energy measurement(Class 1 accuracy ).

Also please provide the application design and programming details for the Single-phase CT based meter and 3Phase 3wire and 3phase 4wire CT model design based meter . 

 Not planed to use Shund resistor.

Also please confirm that Part number STPM34 is ok for this application or Please suggest a new part.
