Changing the MOSFET on X-NUCLEO-IHM08M1 to STP110N7F6.

I changed the MOSFETs on IHM08M1 to STP110N7F6 and modified the settings of dead time of Driver and Mosfet in MC work bench. But the BLDC can't run well(it doesn't reve-up often) . The manual of MC work bench only indicate user to modify mosfet setting according to electric characteristic. What else setting should I adjust? (Before I changed the mosfet, my BLDC works fine).

​Hi,

could you share some screenshot about the motor current on the three phases ? Did you try to reduce the acceleration during the startup changing the speed ramp generation (see Start-up parameters on WB tool) ? If the MOSFETs are correctly mounted I don't think there are issues on HW part.
