Can I get any application note on STGPIN3H60 with wave form requirements ,the permitted frequency limits etc.

This info is already available in the datasheet. It has the max frequency limit in the table. There are timing diagrams related to interlocking for the PWM inputs and also for the SmartShutdown function including application information. Do you have any specific query?​
