Hello,

for me it isn't clear how a triac can be used for controlling a BLDC motor. Generally this switch is used when we deal with AC motor or universal motor. I would appreciate more details about your system, i.e., the architecture of your driver (micro or not?) and the type of motor (application field, size, power, etc.).

Hello,

is there anybody who can give me some hints (or more

) for a design of a 1-phase BLDC Motor? (yes, 1-phase)

I need a very low noise control.

The current solution ist running with a triac. But the triac becames very loud if the motor runs slow.

App-Notes or something like that would be very helpfull.
