What ESD protection to use for STM32G051

I’m using a STM32G051 with a PS/2 Mouse that is powered by 5V.

 

I don’t know how to find out the max voltage that the STM32G051 can experience from a temporary ESD surge before it gets damaged. 

I can’t find the TLP anywhere.

I’m not sure what the clamping voltage should be for the TVS diode.

Look at the Absolute Maximum ratings ?

Those specify conditions beyond which damage may occur...
