Using a new ST-LINK/V2，it always Error: Problem occured  while trying to connect

I use the wire I bought before to connect it, it will be OK

I want to know why this is

Check or replace the USB cable. Check connections on the board.

Then, update the ST-LINK firmware.

Use "Connect mode: Under Reset".

Which device used ?

Do you have a JTAG connection or SWD?
