What does the schematic mean when it shows 3 x 33uf capacitor?

The bom shows a 33uf Cap. Does the schematic want me to do the 3 in parallel or series? If in series can I just use a 11uF cap? if parallel is there any downside to using just 1? they take up a lot of PCB space.

I'd assume in parallel to get 100uF

Perhaps chat with an FAE in the local sales office.

Is is there to get low ESR/ESL and distribute power disssipation caused by the ESR of the Cs and the switchening currents
