wait mode and stop mode?

Dear sir,

I use EB-ST62 to emulate my program on st6200. But I can't exit from

wait or stop mode even though I can enter the external subroutine(I

set the breakpoint in the external interrupt subroutine). I don't know why.

is it because that the emulator has some problem.
