UsbInitialize() in upsd_usb.c

shows

UCON0 = uTX0E | uRX0E | 8

and in the following line

UCON0 = uRX0E | 8

does this make sense? maybe the cause of my problem?

i can't compile the USB-demo with the KEIL-compiler supplied,

code is too big

won't adjust the source for another compiler...
