TS3312AMR_ Automotive Grade

Hi STMicroelectronics Team,

My name is Tanet Suksang as Product component engineer. I am interested in your product  TS3312AMR , The TS33 family of low power series voltage references. Does product has automotive grade ? or any part number with AEC-Q100 qualified. Thank you.

​@Chris21 note was correct, but a little brief. I’d like to add that TS33 are not available with AEC, and will not be available with AEC.

And now here is the result of Chris’s eStore search: the only voltage references currently with AEC are TL431, TL1431 and TS431. You can, of course, also find them via the product website Voltage References, where you can filter the column Grade for Automotive.
