TASKING v8.0: eliminate warnings

We use TASKING v8.0 for ST10 MC and get the following warnings:

7: $EXTEND

W 101: primary control 'EXTEND' already set

8: $NOMOD166

W 101: primary control 'NOMOD166' already set

9: $STDNAMES(reg262.def)

W 101: primary control 'STDNAMES' already set

10: $EXTMAC

W 101: primary control 'EXTMAC' already set

11: $CASE

W 101: primary control 'CASE' already set

total errors: 0, warnings: 5

What can we do to eleminate them?
