STPC Elite SDRAM problem

Dear friends,

I have small space on the board.

Thus I used two SDRAM devices 64Mbit (x32) each with STPC Elite.

Can you look at the attached schematics and to tell me is it OK?

I'll be very grateful for any suggestions or remarks.
