STM8 Programmer tool

Hi All, 

am developing one programmer tool as like ST visual tool , for flashing s19 file.

but i dont have API for that . but in website mentioned use PtkApi.cpp but this cant able to download , if any one have idea about this code and API , please share it.

i have to develop from C♯ technology , please if any one idea about this share it.
