STM1645-30 test issue

Hi,

we are trying to replace old STM1645-30 chip with new STM1645-30 but the VCC 28V (VCC and Control Voltage shorted togather) drops .Pleade Refer below

stm1645-30

    Pin    Function

    1    RF Input (50 Ω)
    2    Ground
    3    VC1 — 12 V regulated bias
    4    VC2 — 28 V power supply
    5    VC3 — 28 V power control supply
    6    Ground
    7    RF Output (30 W)

 

Now the questions:

1.Are the new and old stm1645-30 are equivalent?

2.why 28V is dropiping?

3.in new module pin 4 shows continuity with ground while in old modue it shows about 584 ohms

4.Any suggetion regarding how to test the chip?

With the utmost regret, I must inform you that STM1645-30 was an LDMOS power module that was active in the 1990s. It was discontinued decades ago, so support for it is unfortunately no longer possible, among other reasons because the documentation no longer exists and the developers at the time are now in well-earned retirement. There is no successor whatsoever, so your question 1 is not applicable for that reason alone. The remaining questions cannot be answered for the reasons stated above.
