I need STHVUP64 detailed datasheet with pinouts. How can I get it?

You had already asked the same question during the personal online support session under ticket number 00262853, and they will give you almost the same answer: information about all STHV and therefore also about the STHVUP64 is only available under NDA from your local distributor or ST office.
