STHV1600L datasheet ?

[BXion.1]

i couldn't find the datasheet here. Does anyone have the datasheet for this part# STHV1600L? or STHV1600?

[Chris21]

There's a "Data brief" here:

@BXion.1

No one here in the community can support this device because information about STHV1600 is only available under NDA from your local distributor or ST office.

Hope that helps?

Is the STHV1600 supported by ST anymore? I have a design using this part and I could really use some assistance. I know I am probably not going to get anywhere in the 'community' because the data is under NDA.

I opened a support ticket and received the reply below:

Welcome @ALE4, to the community!

Support for the STHV1600 is still being provided, but it is subject to an NDA and is supplied exclusively by the local authorised distributor or directly. The community is a worldwide public forum, so information subject to an NDA may not be shared here.

Please contact either your local distributor or the contact with whom you communicated at the time (in your case ticket# 00221565).

Good luck!

/Peter
