We want to use a ST7MDT20-EMU3 emulator with a TQ44 probe. Where can I find the datasheet of this probe. I need these information for the board implantation.

You can information on the probe in the probe user manual (st7mdt20j-emu3 probe user guide downloadable from this site).

Concerning the TQFP44 measurements, you can have all the required information at the end of the datasheet of the device (Package characteristics part).
