I have a problem with SPI working in slave mode in an ST62e

The SPI interrupt routine is executed twice every time that a byte is received. Is it necessary to delete any flag after receive a byte? Is there anything wrong in the code atached to this message?

Which is the maximum frequency of the SCL working in slave mode?
