Is there any documents support for the soldering Reflow temp. ofTS55IDTTR, 

reflow soldering profile or curve chart?

STMicroelectronics fully complies with JEDEC, which specifies the soldering profile in standard J-STD-020, currently revision F, that you can download here.

The peak temperature Tc can be found in the device’s Material Declaration (product website, tab Quality & Reliability). For the SO-8 of the TS555IDTTR, Tc = 260°C.
