RHF1401 - power consumption when not clocked

Good afternoon,

at the power on our logic does not provide the clock signal to the ADC, while the OEB is 0 and the reference voltage and the power supplies are in the correct range.

the ADC is not correctly reset.

can this situation bring to an anomalous current absorption?

The RFH1401 is a rad-hard device for space applications, for which the mutual-aid-based community is very unlikely to be able to answer any questions. For this reason, I recommend that you contact your personal Online Support OLS with your question.
