First, I would like to point out that STHV748QTR has been discontinued for a long time and is no longer available.

STHV748SQ is pin-compatible, but the exact details of the differences and improvements can only be obtained under NDA from your contact person, who also provided the documentation for the STHV748. However, the community is a forum for mutual support among users and cannot and may not provide further help with questions or issues subject to an NDA.
