Q: ST10F269 internal flash programming

I have a question about programming internal flash of the ST10F According to the application notes I have made a programm wich had wrote data to the flash. But after command cycle 4 controller dosn't respond. After reset i'm find that word in the destination address was programmed. I can't understend where can be a mistake.
